Go through drive thru if you want FAST FOOD. Waited 10 mins for A COFFEE, just one. And the poor door dasher that was standing there that only got one bag, and was standing there BEFORE I got there! That drive thru didnt stop though.

Continue to recieve burnt cold food even when told to wait because its still being made. How does it take 15 minutes to bring out cold food but also burnt at the same time. It seems like people are sitting on the food before it comes out because of how squished everything is. This is everytime we have come to this McDonald's and have brought it the managers attention.

I'm absolutely fed up with this location and today marked the day that I am done going to this particular location. Today, I was on my way to drop my girlfriend off at work and I stopped by McDonald's so she could eat something beforehand. What I ordered was simple enough; a free fry with my code and 2 $5 meal deal bundles with McChickens and Large Cokes. For anyone unaware; the $5 meal deal bundle comes with a McChicken or McDouble, a small fry, 4-piece McNugget, and a small drink (you can upcharge the drink). When we got the food, we left to head to her work and she checked the bag. They got eveeything right but forgot the nuggets. They forgot them for both the orders, even though its the 2nd main part of the meal. So I called them and told them about it, they took my name and told me to come back to the location after I dropped her off or when I had time to get the nuggets, so I did. Keep in mind, I had my 2 year-old daughter in the backseat so I was not going to get her out in this cold more than I had to, especially for nuggets. I pulled through the drive through and waited for about 15 minutes in total from the point of us pulling up to getting to the second window. I told them what I was there to get and was nice about it while explaining the situation like I did when i got to the intercom. The manager/black-shirt had the audacity to sit there, complain and ask her coworkers why I didn't go inside. If she would have asked me directly, I would have told her why as again, I wasn't getting my daughter out to bring her inside for some nuggets due to the weather. So instead of confronted me about it like an adult, she complain and acted agrivated about me going through the drive-though to get what I had paid for about 20 minutes prior. I may sound like I am complaining for nothing but its the concept. If you were upset with me, then you can talk to me like an adult and I could easily explain why in hopes that you would understand. Im tired of the multiple issues with this place and the consistent issue of them forgetting our food as this has been a multiple-time occurence, even in just the last year alone.
