Waited for 10 minutes at the counter and was ignored by staff. This is one of the McDonald’s that wants you to use the robots not the humans. Anyway got pissed off left didn’t want to wait 20 more minutes for a remake when they weren’t even coming to the counter. Also the don’t have napkins I had raw chicken on my hand and mouth and my nose was running when we asked where the napkins were they said they don’t put them out and handed me 2 literally 2 it was not enough. Nor did they put any in the bag when we ordered. Wish I could give 0 stars

The gentle kept on putting me on hold..My daughter went inside and ALL the worker was just standing around not doing anything and not friendly at all. Most were young people. It was worse than it looked as you could hear my son in the background saying I’m dying. I realize later we went at exactly 1030 when they were just opening up, so how did they dry out the burgers that bad unless they have left them in overnight and then serve them to us. My jaws still hurt from chewing on that thing. My son didn’t eat his food and I’m on the road and can’t return.
