    I was missing 3 items to a 5 meal order and was home already and went back and took the food back and my family always eats together and ask the whole order beside the drinks be remade and explain what was missing. The manager greeted me with a “what’s up”. I understand it’s McDonald’s and don’t expect much but a little customer service goes a long way. It wasn’t my fault items were missing, I don’t work there. Then she told me to throw the other food away. Ok I did. Didn’t want cold food. Seemed bothered I even came back to have them fix it. Very disappointed. I understand it’s the holiday season and everyone is busy but kindness is free

    I was the only one in the drive thru ordered two things a burger no onions an a sweet tea. I was gave a burger with onions an a unsweetened tea I suppose after a long day an stressful mental week it seems I never get what I want even when I pay for it. Thanks to the employees who work there for making my night worse an I paid for it. Thanks again McDonald's always bringing the tears not smiles
