While I was ordering my food when I ordered my french fries, I was certain to ask for them to be made fresh and hot. When we pulled up to the first window, a girl stood there and stared, and then just turned her back to us and was talking with a different employee. When we pulled up to the second window, the gentleman who had taken our order, told me the total, and then proceeded to argue with me about the order total I had asked him a question & I made a comment about it not being ok , he informs me while having attitude that it is ok . After he hands me the bags , I checked the order not only were we missing a sandwhich & the fries were cold (not even warm) we waited for him to come back to the window . I told him we were short a sandwhich he said that we had our order when in fact we did not . So he tells whoever in back . When he comes back to the window I told him the fries were cold that I wanted fresh fries . He sighs while tapping his fingers obviously irritated . This man talked over me and was hateful and rude. Then we waited another 10 mins if not longer for the French fries . Fries take 2:30-3 to cook. I feel as though he was making us wait longer for it out of spite. I had to walk in and ask for them . By the time we got the fries the sandwiches were cold . Beyond disappointing
