    Arrived at the Chophouse about 7 pm on November 11th 2025. No one was was waiting. There was approximately 8 tables seated. It took about 10 minutes to be greeted and seated. After ordering the sirloin, I waited about 45 minutes to be served my dinner. Tables that had arrived after me had started to get their meals. When I asked Sarah about the delay, I was told that my order had been pushed behind some later tables. She offered an apology for the delay. I can understand they were short staffed, I can't understand not only taking 45 minutes for a medium rare steak but also not offering bread or anything else while I waited. I also don't understand why my steak was luke warm when it finally reached my table. Overall, I'm not sure I'd recommend Chophouse for dinner anymore. You can get better in Zionsville or Indy.

    impressive building. beautiful new menus. loved all the old photos. Lydia, our server, was friendly and efficient. dinner was exceptional. (especially the crab-stuffed orange roughy.) we will be back the next time we're in Lebanon!

    The burger was a three star. It was okay, not exceptional. The bread pudding was off the hook and a five star. It had excellent consistency, texture and flavor. The presentation was beautiful. I will have to return and give another entree a try. Overall, I rated the meal four stars primarily based on the finish. The decor was fabulous. I could have easily spent an hour taking in all of the Lebanon history. Well done!
