  DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS MCDONALDS, THEY LIE TO YOU. Not surprised at the horrible reviews of this restaurant, I finally caught them. While picking up for a delivery order, I noticed it sat for nearly 15 minutes while being marked as "ready." Mind you, I got the notification to pick it up and was at the store in 3 minutes. I try my best to be respectful, so when what looked like a manager in a red sweater finally came to bring me the food after nearly 15 minutes... I asked "just curious, why do you guys mark the orders as ready when they aren't, I don't mind waiting but lying to the customer makes the driver look bad." Well, my concern was met with hostility "Well don't worry youre never allowed to pick up from here again!" That's right, for asking why they are LYING to delivery customers. Picture for proof. Order on the counter is marked as ready on the screen. I waited another 5 after snapping this pic.

  So I came to McDonald’s on Pine lake and I order a burrito meal and I order a anysize coffee for $.99 I was coming there almost daily so they try to charge me 1.99 for whipped cream it says anysize so I always get it and it truly depends on anyone person taking your order and then they have attitudes because they either mess up your order up here or have attitudes at this location and choose to charge you randomly. The manager Mitch came to the window and made it seem like all I wanted was something free no I explained to him it’s not right that one day I’m charged the next day I am not feel I was disrespected as well I thought that is was anysize iced coffee drink mocha coffees I recently started going to McDonald’s for there coffe because they told me to just ask for chocolate syrup instead of French vanilla or caramel and it would be no problem now they have lost a daily breakfast customer and There food is so in consistence here you never know when your food will be semi fresh I have gotten hard buns cold meat wilted lettuce there is a lot going on at this location they truly Don’t care about the customers the manager seemed more concerned about me putting Nicki name in a google review then leaving a smile on a customer's face I will never go back to this location it’s not ran like a McDonald’s should be I am tempted to share this experience with my 9,400 followers on facebook go ahead look it up I’m a person that stand up for what right and this McDonald’s ain’t right

  Although the line was long. The food was nice and hot, cheese was melted. Some of the places you goto these days the cheese doesn't even be melted on the sandwiches.

  The cost was affordable and fresh hot sandwich and fries 🍟 the person that took my order . She had a real beautiful smile very nice!!!

  Waited 5 mins at register and no one helped. I left and gave my money to Arbys!!
