I sat at the speaker box for 15 minutes without a word being said while the other lane was taking one car after another. After talking to the guy at the window about how nobody answered so I figured I would just give my code at the window he said under no circumstance should I drive past and i would have to wait again. I pulled up to the second window and they had me wait another 10 minutes! I’m never coming back. Absolutely ridiculous
