I asked kelly for a cup to split it with my daughter and for some sugar to make it taste better. Kelly was really rude about giving us a cup. Mcdonalds is a million dollar business and I spend a lot of money here personally. Mcdonalds can afford to give a paying customer a cup without an attitude. Mcdonalds has seemed to lost sight of customer service in these current years. Theres too many other options out there to recieve bad service over a cup.
