  I had an To-Go order. I opened my bag and I see this inside. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Can’t even eat my bread. Won’t go again. Texas Roadhouse for life.

  We specifically can for the bloomin shrimp and I wanted the country fried chicken with boom sauce. To get told its been takin off .. so we went somewhere else .

  Wasn’t able to tell how the food was tonight because when the owner isn’t there, it falls apart. We decided to come in on an evening that was not busy at all. We gave the host our name and he told us that it would be 5-10 mins. The restaurant was fairly empty compared to other nights we’ve been there. There was one party in front of us, then us. Shortly thereafter another party walked in. An employee with short blonde hair then came up to the stand and asked where her family was sitting. I overheard the host said there was another family ahead of them. She cut him off and said no, my family is here and they can take that. They came in and sat while we still waited. So we left and went to a different restaurant. When the owner is there, she is always pleasant, talks with us, always busy but never have to wait, and the food is great. When you’re not there, it’s not the same. Sorry for this but it was not fun for a Tuesday.

  Service was terrible and unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve received this type of service. It’s been 20 minutes and my boyfriend hasn’t even received his drink. Will avoid coming here. Truly a waste of of time and money.

  My family (a group of 13) came here last weekend for my and my son’s birthday. We waited an hour to be seated, which was fine, every place nearby had an hour wait at least. We were finally seated at 2 tables that weren’t together. We requested for part of our group to be moved to a table closer where the people were finishing and about to leave. We then, after being seated together, waited at least an hour before our server took our drink orders. My daughter had to leave before drinks, we had been there 2 hours by that point. The server was nice but seemed very inexperienced. I don’t know his name. We ordered appetizers and food. My sister had to ask the server to remove plates to make room before our meals came because they were stacking up. It was quite some time before our server checked back after bringing food. I had a good time because I was with my family but it was overall a very unsatisfactory experience. We were not difficult, just went with the flow but having spent a good amount of money on this dinner, very disappointed in the overall quality of our birthday celebration at this restaurant. The food was what I’d expect from Outback but don’t order the spinach dip, it was a total waste of money.
