  I went tonight and my waitress Brandi was AMAZING. So attentive and caring. And not just with me, with every table she had. So personable and made me feel like I was at my mom’s house and she was going to make sure I was well fed and taken care of before sending me out the door. Excellent service!

  wanted to leave a updated review from our visit on 12/6 1:04pm. We have come to this location a half dozen times, usually things went ok. This last visit we ordered 2 steaks the usual salads baked potato and paid extra for the macaroni side. Out server comes out with a large tray containing 8 meals, he takes 6 off serving the table behind us, then brings us the remaining 2, we advised no we didn’t order that, he realized he gave out plate to the table behind us, he goes back to that table and gets my order from then and brings it to me, (8oz medium cooked steak with baked potato) i was thinking wait, this food was just given to someone else now christian our server gives it to me? seems strange, so i told him it was missing the baked potato though i saw the chives on the plate indicating the person he gave my meal to took the potato off, he said oh sorry. 15 min later we are waiting for the macaroni we paid extra for an the baked potato also noticing the steak was well done and dry as can be. Would had told our server but he didn’t come back for 15 min. Finally a baked potato came out with the macaroni we paid and left. I complained to the website as advised waiting for a reaponse morning. I contacted corporate even sent individual emails to the ceo of blooming brands (who owns outback) and their hr just so they can acknowledge what had happened so it does not happen to the next person. Nothing, not one response. Sadly we will drive 15 further going forward to try a different outback, never is it ok to serve food to somone that had been placed in front of another customer. And the fact this restaurant ignored my concern indicates they don’t care. So buyer beware. Outback if you respond by indicating for me to go online to the “leave a communication portal” i have already twice to simply be ignored.

  Food is always pretty good, every once in a while they are out of something or the food is a little different from last time but the service is always the best. Ricky is always the best server. If you go and Ricky is there it is a guaranteed good experience, whether they are busy or not.
