I watched as this woman claiming to be a manager unwrapped two old chicken wraps, make a failed attempt to reheat them and served them to me after rewrapping and putting sauce on them. It was ice cold so I asked for my order to be redone but she brings out another manager with a nasty attitude who asked me how can it be cold when she just made them, so I explained, and the girl starts yelling at me, she justified this saying she made the chicken wraps from a previous wrap order because she didn't want to waste them!
and the manager eventually gives me a refund but not without yelling at me hiself, asking where is the receipt he put in the bag, obviously if you put it in the bag it's in the bag and you have it.
He retrieved the receipt from the bag and then completed my refund. I tried to be nice,I told her she didn't even have to make the chicken wraps just give me two pieces of chicken and it will be done, but I still got attacked for not taking cold chicken reheated and remade into 2nd time wraps.
everyone is ordering so much food by using these apps and websites that the customer service and food quality is turning into dog crap in many of these places, buyer beware

I'm giving this place a mixed review.
Sigh. At this point, it's really my own fault for expecting anything different after so much prior experience. I had hoped, since we were able to place an order ahead of time online, that I might be able to not wait in line for 20-30 minutes while the food was being made. No such luck. Technology made no difference in my wait time. The order was placed, I was given a pick up time, and when I arrived, four minutes after that time, I had to wait at the window for five minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was there. I gave them the name for the order, was told, 'okay', and then waited another five minutes. Then a different person came to the window, asked what I was there for, and seemed surprised that there was supposed to be an order in. About, oh, ten to fifteen minutes later, I had the order in hand. The whole time I was there, there were no other cars in line. I didn't notice anyone in the dining area, either.
The food was as expected; no worse, and no better.
LJS is craving food, and I'm glad that I don't crave it often. I feel like the time you have to wait is a penance you have to pay, so you can reflect on the choices you've made which brought you to this point.

I placed an online order for pickup at the Long John Silver’s on 72nd & Michigan Rd in Indianapolis. The confirmation said my food would be ready at 2:23pm. I arrived 20 minutes later—plenty of time for them to have it ready—and not only had they not started my order, but all three workers on duty argued me down about it.
Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, they doubled down and made me feel completely disrespected. No empathy, no urgency, no professionalism. Just attitude and excuses. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service over something so simple. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Email to corporate has been sent!
