- CSC SNov 17, 20251.0I can't rate the food here because every time (3xs) I have tried to go to this location there is never a hostess and we've stood around waiting to get helped. The first time (a month ago) we were told by other patrons that that had waited 30min for food and the waitress has only checked on them at that point when dropping their food off. There was one other couple in the restaurant and they said the wait and service was awful too. No employees in sight and then the 2nd time I tried to go it was the same. Not a single customer was in there and I went to thw bar to get a drink and waited for a good 5-10 minutes & walked out. Tonight I just did the same thing. There were 3 guys in there by the bar as I sat at the bar and no hostess, waiter or bartender... not a single employee. I know rent in a mall isn't cheap, I use to work at malls and I've worked in the restaurant industry. This place won't make it if they don't get their stuff together. I see by the negative reviews poor service goes back at least a year, I was quite overwhelmed reading all the 1 star reviews, but not shocked. Bummed really because I love Big Woods in Edinburgh and Brown County. Very disappointed to have an opportunity like this place and it go to waste with earning negative reviews. Also, gotta love the same generic responses to negative reviews. Smh
