  Tonight my roommate and I went inside to use some of our Forester Dollars to pay for our order. The guy working said the system is down. This has been a continuous issue with this restaurant and I know the system is not down it is just the fact no one knows how to do it. When we told the worker we could not pay for without the Forester Dollars, he rolled his eyes and threw his hands up and we walked out without the food. If you are going to sponsor something for college students make sure it works.

  One of the last best pizza huts in northern Indiana! Service by Diane was top notch! Highly recommend - they even still have managers specials that are local and budget friendly!

  Unhappy customer overall experience is pleasant but major concerns with online ordering. Amber was very helpful in resolving some concerns over the phone, but when I came to pick up order noticed it was still incorrect and when I informed the man of my concerns he was adament that the online process was correct and I was wrong. Since I was on a time limit and sugar was low I left highly upset. I've order on multiple occasions and my "special instructions" are never applied to my order resulting in a remake, incorrect order, or longer wait time than expected. Today I placed an order and was sure I put pan and special instructions however while making my payment there was a slight glitch in they system and I had to resubmit payment. Somehow my pan and special instructions were not applied and order was incorrect. Amber was helpful in making accommodations for the special instruction but the gentleman was not. I would've even paid for a remake of the pan had he of offered to make it to my liking since the error was online but now be calling corporate regarding my concerns!

  We arrived for pickup a little early, no problem. The pizza was a bit overcooked, not too bad. The chicken wings were a disappointment. They looked and tasted like dried out chicken nuggets. I will probably order there in the future but it will not be wings. I haven’t tried other entrees, so no judgment.

  I brought my 4 year old to this pizza hut location for lunch on a random Sunday afternoon. Diana was wonderfully attentive but not overly intrusive. She was keeping an eye on us while stocking the salad bar and cashing out customers. She was patient whiley daughter decided her order and spent a little time chatting with her while collecting our leftovers into a box. We very much enjoyed our time here and would plan on stopping when passing through Huntington Indiana again! And would definitely ask to be helped by Diana again 🙂
