It’s not a place we frequent and we literally only chose to eat there because my kids were given gift cards for Christmas, but how are you not gonna honor gift cards? We got up to the window and were told their system didn’t allow them to accept gift cards…. Umm… what? We should have just driven away but went ahead and took our subpar food that we ended up having to pay actual money for when we could have completely covered it with gift cards. I didn’t know it was possible to be less impressed with McDonald’s than I already was, yet… here we are 😆

Drink station was absolutely disgusting. On top of it all while eating. Could hear management or employee complaining very loudly at the help. In a very unprofessional manner. This in all my years have never seen a restaurant environment so unprofessional. Very doubtful I return to this location. McDonald’s, what truly is going on with your franchises? Been months since I have visited one of your locations. Probably be longer before I do again
- ACAnn ChristieDec 11, 20251.0I ordered chicken nuggets and when I got home they had given me someone else’s order of an ice cold fish sandwich with no tartar sauce and 1/2 piece of cheese someone had ripped in half. Too tired and fed up with incorrect orders to go back and ask them to remake it. Besides, the last time I asked them to remake my order they were rude about it. The service has been like this often lately so this was my last visit.

They made her pay again. So she paid double for her food. Rather than just forcing the order thru they charged her again. Told her she would be refunded. How? Why? All if this and the food was not correct. Not sure we will be visiting this location again after this while mess.
