I waited an hour and 45 minutes before I got my food then I ordered 12 wings and only received 11 which was an issue nc I had two kids I ordered 6 wings each for them and then one didn't get all her wings also I ordered the sauce on the side and we didn't get any sauce I ordered the pizza well done and it was still doughy

All I’ll say is this: the setup is practically designed to frustrate customers. While I was there, I didn’t see a single guest who wasn’t upset. We were each given specific arrival times, but when I showed up at mine, they were just starting to put the food in the oven. They told me to be there is 30 minutes when I showed up they said I had to wait another 25 minutes. Which was a lie. I waited another 60 minutes . It was disorganized and disappointing. We waited over 90 minutes to just get pizza.90 minuteds!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
I truly feel for the staff—they were doing their best under tough circumstances. I hope the owners take this as a wake-up call and rethink the system.
Change your answer machine telling people to order online if your can't accommodate all the orders that are coming in . .
I’ll give it another year and hope that by then, they’ve figured out a smoother, more respectful experience for everyone.. good luck

I ordered an extra large pizza with sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese they told me it would be an hour or so. I called after an hour and a half and they said oh there's someone out delivering two pizzas now then I didn't get it till another half hour so it was almost 2 hours by the time I got the pizza and it was cold I was exhausted and did not want to wait for the pizza to come at 10:00 at night or later. The girl on the phone said the pizza would be free to replace it and I told her I was too tired to wait for someone to come again I'm older and I take care of my husband and my son and I asked her if they could bring another one tomorrow and it be hot and free and she said absolutely we replace them free when they are cold. I called today and they told me oh no you had to get it last night but will give you a discount that is ridiculous I will never order from this place again Not only was the pizza cold the crust was it's not done the worst pizza I've ever had and that's sad to say because this never happened before it was always decent Pizza better with the last owner this is not Robert Taylor this is Penny Taylor
