I ordered lunch today and place the order online. It was a special, however, I received a call that said he could honor it even though it was on the website and I paid for it. I came in to get the order and he was simply rude to myself and my friend. He refunded me the money but the customer service was a 0 out of 10. When you spend money and it’s their error, you would think they would be more apologetic and accommodating.

Service was horrible. I went on a Monday at 1 pm and no one was in the restaurant. I ordered 2 orders of 3 wings, so 6 wings in total. Waited an hour. The lady who took my order was rude and also the cook. Food was nasty, bland and undercooked. I will never go back. Worst experience
