The half Greek salad with chicken (sans cucumbers, shudder) was perfect while I waited for my soup to cool. It tasted a lot like a salad from a specific Italian chain where everyone is related, except I didn't have to go spelunking in a huge bowl with clumsy tongs to fish for the last olive. Also, hot take, Panera knows what it's doing using feta cheese instead of the parmesan grater. The baguette was filling and delicious, while the blueberry lavendar lemonade rounded out my meal in a sweet, refreshing way. I dined in around 6pm, and enjoyed relaxing in the restaurant for a bit while working on a few things. It wasn't terribly busy, but there was a steady flow of customers. The staff were friendly and quick (I ordered from my phone as I walked in, and my meal was fully ready in around 3 minutes). They also appeared to be expressing kindness and finding moments of joy with each other while working, which helped create a comfortable, cozy environment for me to enjoy after a tiring day of work.
