According to the app this particular time I was supposed to get 2 game pieces. I brought it to the managers attention and even showed her on my phone in the app and she told me that I have to call corporate to resolve the issue. I was there the night before and was short 2 piece's and the manager did honor it after I told him what the app showed and he gave me the 2 other game tickets with no issues. I'm a frequent app user specifically to get the perks. If anyone that should of called corporate it should of been her. All she had to do was say ok since this is what the app is saying and give me the ticket and let corporate know herself.
