I pulled up to the drive thru window and one girl rolls her eyes at me. Another lady comes to the window to see what I want. Why would I be at the drive thru for anything other than food/order? I show my code on my app and she tells me they took it upon themselves to close 10 minutes early so they can’t make or refund my meal or anyone else’s that just ordered! And the app doesn’t have a button for store won’t refund me, it actually says to go to the store to get your refund. I’m out money and time. And the lady who rolled her eyes when I pulled up, I get paid by the hour too, you can’t shut a business down early when there’s an app customers still have access to.
