The food is absolutely delicious, the service from Mikey today was perfect, as well as his energy and personality! It was a great experience all the way around, definitely highly recommend if you're in the area and haven't been, check it out you won't be disappointed.
- JJJenn Johnson1 day ago4.0This is one of our favorite places to go, but anymore we won’t come unless Mike is serving in the bar area. We have been here several times and have waited 10-15 minutes to be sat, ignored by people rushing by saying “we will be right with you!” and then never returning. We’ve left before because of the wait. Mike is always friendly and remembers our orders and makes my 11 year old son feel comfortable. We have contemplated calling beforehand moving forward so we won’t waste our time coming if he isn’t here. We have had Sammy as well a few times and she’s fantastic also. The kitchen is hit or miss. 90% of the time everything is perfect; the rest of the time there is something major that is bad, like being out of hamburgers, or including jalapeños when we specifically asked for none. This is the kind of error that is unacceptable. As I said, even with a few mishaps, this is one of our favorite place to come bc the service is great. Additionally, an improvement for Sunday service I’d like to note is the lack of Sunday Ticket. If the Eagles games were on, we’d be here every week. :)

We come weekly. My wife and daughter loves the cauliflower chicken bacon ranch pizza. They have a kids menus with crayons. My daughter also likes the kids cheese pizza.
- DHDANA HALL1 day ago5.0Mikey is the best. We go to Big Woods once a week. Mikey is the reason we return. We have sat and listened to him with his customers he knows what they want right off. He knows the menu like the back of his hand and describes it with great enthusiasm. The food is great as well. I get something different all the time which is not what I normally do. Their fish and chips are by far my favorite that I have ever had. My husband loves the wings and says they are the best anywhere. Their fish cauliflower pizza chicken bacon ranch is also one of my favorites.
