This time even the pan pizza was a disappointment the cheese didn’t taste like real cheese it seemed like fake cheese, (it melts differently, and is mealy like in your mouth) which in my opinion RUINS the whole pizza. I also got a taco pizza, with buffalo sauce instead of refried beans. The picture online shows a delicious looking taco pizza, mine had none of those topics I had to ask the cashier and i would rate this pizza as a 1 out of 5 at best. My guess is corporate has recently made some stupid decisions that have made it down to the restaurant level, but what do i know? I know i won’t be back, even though pan pizza has always been my favorite pizza in town for the past 30+ years. The only 5 star is the cashier who did her best to make me happy at my carry out pickup.
- MSMatthew SavageOct 26, 20251.0Food is Horrible I got food poisoning 3 times from here and ended up in hospital 1 time due to allergic reaction if you value your health don't do it a few staff are nice but management is very rude if you make a complaint they call you a lier and act as if they cant do any wrong snoody and rude. I love Pizza hut but the Frankfort Indiana location needs shut down my hospital bill was over $4,000 not only did I get sick with food poisoning but I specifically stated not to put mushrooms on the pizza because I'm deathly allergic and it was repeated back to me so I know that they knew and I got it home and opened the box it had extra mushrooms and I went into anaphylactic shock They are so lucky they haven't been sued. I almost died because of this place.
