I called halfway through my hour-long wait and asked when my ONE medium Hawaiian pizza and TWO orders of breadsticks would be here and they said they were just waiting for a driver. Considering that I only live 9 minutes from the store that means my food sat for a good 20 minutes. It tastes alright but the crust is definitely hard and kind of cold. Don’t go here if you want fast service and definitely don’t get delivery through them! I understand that you have to give time for pizzas and the time to drive to the house - but this was an extra 30 minutes wait!! Next time tell me that in an email in the first place or something cause I’ll come pick up my food instead of letting it sit in the warmer!!

The chicken tastes ultra-processed, which is a problem industry wide, but the pasta had no "meat" to it. The sauce was a little runny. It was almost like having a soup instead of having a pasta meal. It tasted alright. For less than $10 I'm not going to fuss, but it does make you yearn for the days when Pizza Hut was a real treat.
