I have found if something was forgotten (like a side sauce) or if they are running behind due to being busy, the managers always go above and beyond and offer something to sweeten the deal. The owner of this store is my favorite! Such a pleasant, sweet guy who goes above and beyond for his customers and employees! I’m always greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome. Go West State, and go Butch!! ❤️
