No onions either, burnt burgers on every single burger and two of them weren’t even wrapped. Didn’t get the snack wrap I paid for, and even called 3 times, no one answered. Waited in the drive through for almost half an hour too. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had someone give these employees some work ethic

The kid at the window, when he wasn’t leaning against it resting or chatting with a coworker, couldn’t even speak when he did open the window. They want $20 an hour and work like this? Absolutely unacceptable. Oh, and our order was wrong.

- AHAva HNov 2, 20251.0So I’m not one to be picky about food service But this was insane… So picture this, it’s late at night I’m at a gas station and I see McDonald’s and think “dang a McNugget sounds good” So I go in line THEY ARE CLEARLY OPEN BECAUSE THERE ARE PEOPLE IN LINE So I go in the drive thru line, and it’s my turn and I wait, 10 minutes go by… I decided to say “if your saying something I can’t hear you” I say this 3 other times and I even said my own order 20 minutes go by I get confused and think maybe this one is broken I go into the other line thinking maybe it’s an issue with this speaker I get in line and the people behind me from the other line IMMEDIATELY order and get in line to pick up there food, so I think “oh just bad luck” So I wait at the other speaker for 15 MINUTES 45 minutes in total … and they didn’t take my order I left sad with no nuggets and teary eyed I’m not upset, I’m just disappointed man
