Just moved from Louisville. This is the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been too. There are locations in Louisville that serve 5 times the people that get us through the drive thru in half the time or less. The employees seem to not know what they are doing. A good manager could fix this place.

The only reason we chose McDonald's was for the monopoly game and they informed me after they took my money that they were out and it was posted on the door. I used the app and went through the drive through

Worst experience ever. Waited 30 minutes just for a frappe while workers were just lounging around. Told someone that I was waiting for the frappe and he went back and hid. Walked out without the frappe.

Ordered a big Mac with light lettuce it was exactly as ordered .fries were hot and they thanked us for coming
