    Ordered with mobile, got home and find missing items. Tried to call in but they don't answer the phone and now I have to go stop by at my next inconvenience to correct their mistake.

    I literally found a whole receipt paper in my drink and when I went to the manager she was giving me some bad face expression, Macdonald you are the worst

    Did not have a great experience with McDonald’s today. I picked up a group of mobile orders for my office. One drink I did not receive and had to return for, but the staff took a while, questioning me and asking to see my receipt after I had been hold up my phone phone with it. They said they could no longer find the ordered on their end. Like, just please give me the drink so I can get back to work. My coworker who ordered the beverage said is was nasty. It was very milked down. Also later when I opened up the apple pie I had bought myself, I found some hair cooked into it as shown on the pictures.

    Went for a Coke Zero and it came out fast and everything was normal for a McDonald's. Will be back!
