Waited 30 min past my “ready time” for a cold over baked pizza, staff seemed overwhelmed and were rude to customers waiting. Cinnabons don’t look anything like the menu. Won’t be back.

Ordered a supreme should have just ordered a cheese pizza. What we got had no veggies, few pepperonis, but that was it. No worth the 23.00 at all.

We placed an order and unfortunately some items were missing, and the ones we did receive were incorrect. I understand that mistakes happen, and in this case the errors themselves weren’t a huge issue. The real concern is that I was unable to get in touch with the store to resolve the problem or request a refund for what I didn’t receive.
Just as Pizza Hut would ensure they don’t lose money unfairly, customers should also be able to trust that their money is valued and protected in the same way. Even if the dollar amount seems small, it’s the principle that matters. I truly hope more effort can be made to provide fair and reliable support when issues like this occur.
