The one other couple looked over as we left after a half hour of not one single employee approaching our table. We watched as employees helped themselves to the buffet and cleaned the restaurant. Really disappointed since we enjoy the pizza. Disappointed that we were treated that way.

We arrived prior to two large parties and had our orders in pretty quickly. We lost the attention of our server who had tables, plus the parties to attend too. Our food took over an hour to come out. When the food did come out, it was cold and two dishes were incorrect. We didn’t send it back because it would have taken even longer to get our food out. My 4 year old daughter and I stood in the front for a while before we were even acknowledge. Then a lady finally approached and looked at us strange for asking for a pick up order. Again this was my first time here, I didn’t know you have to use the drive through which is what I explained. I was pleasant and respectful towards her even after waiting for help. However her approach and demeanor was not welcoming at all towards me. Then another customer comes in for the same exact reason and she comes off nicer and explained more for her. Theirs is no obvious signs to direct new customers where to go for pick up orders. I’m guessing if your skin color isn’t light enough you don’t get the same treatment here. I will not buy from this place again. There are other pizza places nearby with much better service. This is what America feels like for people who look like me in 2025 just sad.
