I most recently ordered a specialized birthday ice cream cake and was very happy with how accommodating and detail oriented Melanie was. The cake looked and tasted great. I highly recommend going into the store to order cakes as the online ordering process wasn't super user friendly. Overall I have been happy with the experiences I've had thus far at this location.

I went in there looking to place a cake order on Saturday for a cake that I needed on Wednesday and I had went in myself to place the order and everything was set. Then I receive a phone call Tuesday morning, today, the day before the birthday, telling me their cake maker has apparently been sick all week and they have to cancel my order. They waited four whole days and the day before the birthday to tell me this and any other Baskin Robbins or even Dairy Queen needs 48 hours in advance to place a cake order. However based off other reviews it seems they made this up, because they don’t make cakes anymore and their workers who placed the order for me are not aware of this.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
