I asked the manager about it and she said they were waiting on the biscuits, but i didn't order a biscuit. Then she said she was waiting for the chicken because the chicken is made fresh every time. There's no way they make it fresh every single order. She said our order was ready but they were waiting on hashbrowns. At that point they had to remake the coffee because the ice was melted in the ice coffee and the hot coffee was cold. The service was horrible. No communication.
