Whenever I come here to get food, my mood gets spoiled and ruins my day. I understand if the staff are having some bad day, but this happens every single time. Sometimes, I place a mobile order and come to pick it up through drive-through and the staff rudely deny me the service through drive-through. They reply harshly saying I will only serve you if you walk into the lobby. Sometimes, they close the lobby at 10 pm and the other days at 11pm. They do not have any fixed timings. How are we supposed to know whether the door is opened or closed? In this cold weather, trying to get out of the car every time, just for the door to be closed is annoying. Once the staff member asked me to walk into the lobby to get my food, I did try going inside and the door is closed. This happened quite a few times. Will never be getting any food here again!!!

I decided to eat from there I don’t know but the service was not good people playing over the intercom and they sold me cold fries and a burger that look like a kid played over. No apologies but I have the photos to show.
