It is literally always a fight to get either your entire order or the correct order. My most recent order was incorrect the first time, so I called. They sent another pizza. Much to my surprise, I opened the box to find the exact same INCORRECT order. 🙃 this time, they didn’t even bother to put sauce on the entire thing and it arrived in shambles. What in the actual heck Pizza Hut.

Instead, the manager responded with completely unprofessional and verbally abusive behavior, saying things like “You’re not a human being” and “Leave and don’t come back.” This all started over a simple complaint about a pizza that was sloppy, greasy, and poorly made. We’re from out of town and had to bring it back, which was already inconvenient enough. Rather than showing kindness or professionalism, the manager escalated the situation with hostility. Yes, I was frustrated, but no customer deserves to be spoken to that way. I told him directly that he shouldn’t be a manager — and his response only proved that point. His behavior was completely unacceptable and he should be held accountable for it.
