I had accidentally ordered a mobile pickup on the inside instead of the drive thru and instead of telling me to go inside to pick up they were very condescending and rude trying to tell me that this is “not how it works”. I would have been more than happy to go inside if that was the case but instead they acted like they had no idea what to do. Very frustrating.

The like is usually fast, which is an expectation of using the drive through. I only had messed up orders twice. The first one I let it slide. The second one, I called and left a voice message but never heard back. Over all, this restaurant at least in terms of its drive through thru services meets the expectations. One star off for not returning the message.
