I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. I had accidentally ordered a mobile pickup on the inside instead of the drive thru and instead of telling me to go inside to pick up they were very condescending and rude trying to tell me that this is “not how it works”. I would have been more than happy to go inside if that was the case but instead they acted like they had no idea what to do. Very frustrating.

Walked in for lunch on 10/21 and waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. It appeared that the staff was getting hit with a lot of phone in and app orders, but this particular location always seems to have issues. This will be my last visit...Taco Bell is just down the road.

Gotta admit that I am a frequent visitor lol
The employees at the drive thru are always polite and friendly. Never had a bad experience with them. The like is usually fast, which is an expectation of using the drive through.
I only had messed up orders twice. The first one I let it slide. The second one, I called and left a voice message but never heard back.
Over all, this restaurant at least in terms of its drive through thru services meets the expectations. One star off for not returning the message.

Had to wait 20 min in my car. Then they gave me the wrong food. I told the girl who came outside to deliver it and she said she was sorry and that was it.
