You can’t be rude, you can’t be slow, and the orders can’t be wrong. I get it, fast food isn’t fun, but being kind to customers is part of the job. Also, being condescending to teammates (in front of customers) is just low class. I was the only one in the drive through. Yet waited almost 5 mins just to pay, and another 5 waiting for food. All this only to find out I was given the wrong size of fries. Small, I know, but I did pay for a larger size. 3 Small things I would normally ignore, but not when they’re all combined. Hoping my next visit will be better.

At the end I checked again and I didn't get charged on the app. Thank you
