  extremely infuriating experience at this location today. the ball tracking doesn’t work from 1st floor unless it an aerial shot. You end up hitting multiple shots for one to get registered. The food bad bland and tasteless. The service was bad too. Never had such poor experience here..been coming here for 5+ years.

  Worked for weeks to arrange 4 bays together for a larger group of 24. Was told to call day of our event and to arrive 30 minutes prior to arrange bays next to one another only to be told that my group of 24 would be split into 2 different areas. We spoke with a group in the bays next door to One of our 2-bays who were willing to move into our other area of 2-bays so that we could have 4- bays together, but the manager was unwilling to make the switch for us even though it was simple 2 bay for 2 bay switch and no one was in mid-game. Found out that on top of the $30 per hitter, a $6 per person “membership” fee needed to be added for new players. Not sure why they’re charging membership fees for one-time visitors. After speaking with a manager, they did agree to waive the unexpected fee. Was closing out the bill, we were questioned by the floor manager for not tipping on the “game play.” Our group tipped well on the food and drinks, but was not informed of the expectation to tip on game play even though we didn’t need any service or assistance while hitting golf balls. Was unaware of this expectation; felt like we were being asked to tip on renting a bowling lane; made no sense. This makes it very difficult to plan a visit and budget for larger groups. First time visitors, and not planning on returning.

  Had to wait 13 minutes for left-handed golf clubs to start my 1-hour session so only had 47 minutes of my one-hour time. Pretty disappointing. Food was OK.

  Update- After posting my review, the company reached out and responded to the issue quickly. I appreciate their willingness to make things right! Original Review- Were given a booth, there was another group there . Lost 15 mins in the confusion because of them , the lost 15 mins were not added back to our game . So basically we lost time because of their mismanagement. They said it was cos it was full but a saw lot of empty Booths. Something That could’ve been easily solved but we were just left with a bad experience

  Unfortunately, our visit to Topgolf Schaumburg did not meet expectations. We went there yesterday (Sunday 1st) to have a good time and instead we ended having a bad one. (I’m on a work trip and wanted to do something different on my free time) The server was nice, she asked for our ids when we ordered drinks, saw it and left to get our drinks, or so we thought. 3 minutes passed and she came back telling us that the manager had requested to see our ids, which we thought was odd since she already had seen it, but we didn’t complained and gave it to her, then she came back a minute later telling us that the manager has asked for our credit cards, so we asked her nicely, why all this protocol just to serve us, and she apologized and said that it was just to validate that the names matched, again, odd but we didn’t wanted to make a big deal of it, so we gave her the cards. A few minutes later the manager came in and told us that he couldn’t validate our ids, because they didn’t match? That if we had our passports he could validate, which we didn’t because we can travel through the states and American territories with just a real id, since we are citizens by birth since 1917. I mean, not even in TSA we had problems with our ids. So he told us they couldn’t serve us any alcoholic drinks but we could stay and play? And the manager also told us that they weren’t used to receive many Puerto Ricans in their establishment… Again, we already had started playing so we stayed and finished our game, but it was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary.
