I did send a complaint to corporate with more detail regarding why I needed a Manager to begin with, but this was very unnecessary. Customer service does not entail laughing at your customers when there’s a problem at hand, and a team of young adults should not be left to look after themselves with no Manager on duty or even an ability to grab the Manage.
