The dismissive attitude and lack of customer care really ruined the experience. If simple requests can’t be honored, it makes me question whether customer service is a priority at this location.

I get that Tuesdays are busy because of the deal which is why we were there, but don’t take out your hardships on people who don’t deserve it. We never eat Pizza Hut but decided to give it a try with the $2 deal. We each ordered 4 pizzas, so naturally, we expected to see 4 more boxes than the ones we had, not realizing they were 2 to a box due to the size. Common sense? Sure. But it didn’t click at first. So when my friend asked about it the cashier just keeps stating “they’re both(the orders) there” “they’re there” “they’re there.” All he had to say was that there were 2 per box then we would’ve left. That’s all. I could tell he probably had a hard day due to the slamming of the cash register after we stated we had a pickup because he thought we were ordering. But that walk away to the kitchen area, his tone in how he spoke to us, and the look on his face… like we ruined HIS day? It was unnecessary. We didn’t do anything to him. So my friend and just I looked at each other with confusion then just left. First time at Pizza Hut in about 9 years & also the last. Pizza was ok.
