    Terrible service, charged me for something I didn't order and wasn't on the screen when I pulled up to the window to pay also both my burgers were completely wrong. Don't go here....

    Two drive up lanes. We're behind a pickup on the outside lane. The inside lane has orders being taken and vehicles arriving after us are being served. Guy in the truck calls out and gets waited on after giving us a What's up? look. We pull up-nothing. No acknowledgement we're there. Two more cars on inside lane get waited on that arrived after us. Husband calls Hello and was told to give her a moment. Third car pulls up in inside lane and gets served so we left.

    It takes forever to get ur food, I went there a couple weeks ago and it took a hour for a frappe, I went here yesterday for a DoorDash and was told to pull up to the third window (they weren’t even busy) and waited 20 minutes for no order, so I go inside and then the staff grabs the food and says they “forgot” the employees here are also very rude and seem to not want to deal with customers, there’s times I’ve had the window slammed on me because one of the female workers didn’t wanna hand me my food? Like I think it’s really immature that you won’t hand someone their food.

    There was a greeter or floor worker who was exceptionally helpful. I wish I had gotten her name. She the quick stop for breakfast very warm and friendly.

    I ordered online. Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:28 waited 5 minutes with no response. I pulled forward and they gave me intense attitude because “I ordered breakfast after they changed the menu” what a terrible experience and a waiste of a lunch break. I did not eat today.
