I have never encountered this issue at other McDonald’s just this location. So if you use the mobile app to order from this McDonald’s don’t expect it to be possible.

That's really saying something, usually you have at least once where food is messed up or long wait times etc. But I have never had an issue here, they do a good job making the food and the drive thru workers have always been polite
