This year I am a new mom and wanted to enjoy the experience for my birthday with my family and my two-month old. I even bought him a special outfit for the event. When I called to add a family member to our party and to also inform the staff that I would have my son in a carrier with us, I was told that they couldn't accommodate my son because they don't have a kids menu. When I told the staff member that my son would not be eating because he is only two months old, she put me on the phone with the manager, who stated that TeaLula is "a very adult" environment and that my son would not be welcome until he was 8 years old. My husband and I have been able to take our son to nice restaurants and even wineries and breweries with no problem many times, but a tea shop is too adult for him? I am disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.
