  Food is always good but charging a $1.50 for a side item like mild sauce is a lot. We are already spending money, so why can’t items like that come with the meal. Just my thought.

  Just left the Orland Park location and I absolutely we had a wonderful time. That atmosphere is spectacular the service was wonderful the food was on so good. If you want to have a really beautiful time and a very good meal and awesome service you must try this place. Excellent!!!

  Upon arriving the parking lot was full. Not a big deal. Walk inside long line poster says scan to order food before you get seated! Uhm interesting. Gets to the cashier to place my order only to find out I have to place two separate orders one on the vegan side and one on the soul food side. I ordered vegan wings buffalo sauce on the side, my guy ordered the vegan Philly sandwich. On the soul side I ordered fried green tomatoes and was asked if I wanted it to be fired with vegan food or the chicken.. this a joke right? I thought since it was tomatoes and I tried to order it on the vegan side that would only make sense. 🙄 and my guy got salmon egg rolls .. total $77. We waited food comes out COLD.. why? No utensils. However I did get 3 napkins vegan chicken 0/10. Fried tomatoes 2/10 Philly sandwich 8/10 Salmon egg rolls 3/10 Drove 45 mins for a disappointment! 🤷🏾‍♀️

  I been here a few times and every time the food was magnificent, this particular night which was on 12/19 around 8:15pm. I spent $103. The food was old n wing dingz was so small and old there was no meat to eat off the bone. My hot honey catfish sandwich was not it. The taste was pleasant but the fact it was old was throwin me off. My husband got the lamb chop mean n red beans w/rice, that was also sitting waiting to be thrown away. I honesty hate when restaurants continue to take orders before they close, just to give out old food. I want my food fresh e wry time, idc if I ordered at 8:45 and they close at 9:00. Just simply stop taking orders if you going to give out old food. Definitely not satisfied.

  Thanksgiving catering order. Order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 1:30 pm I entered at 1:38 food was not ready but I’m very understanding so I purchased my drinks and waited in the seating area. It was 1:47 pm I approached the counter and my soul rolls were done and she said the 2 family size Mac and cheese will be done shortly. So I stood near the counter so I wasn’t forgotten. My husband walks in because this was supposed to be a pick up but we didn’t receive the food until 2:43pm more than an hour wait. My husband was late for work. Tried the food and it was good. We have always loved the food but today was the first time service did not meet our expectations. Hopefully I will receive a response here and not google. They didn’t reply so here’s my google review!
