The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. There’s an attached newly renovated (in 2024 I believe) play place for children aged 3-10 and there are approximately 6 booths with a couple free standing tables for the parents or additional family members to sit at. It does get loud in the play place with the acoustics. The tables are generally maintained well & if ever a more frequent wipe down is needed, staff seem willing to assist. Customer service-wise, 5 stars. ✨Pro-tip: bring earbuds or ear plugs if you’ll be dining in the play place. Also, children need to remove their shoes, bring socks for them

Every time I come here, no one greets you when you walk in — they just ignore you. Today I walked in to place my order because I didn’t want to use the kiosk, and nobody even came up to the counter to take my order. Meanwhile, two other customers came in with messed-up orders, and the staff helped them right away before even acknowledging me or anyone else waiting to order. This isn’t a one-time issue — it happens every single visit. Orders are often wrong, and customer service is completely lacking. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy has made it clear
