    Worst customer service ever. I work in customer service and what this lady did was not it. First i went with my friend to eat, btw i bought a meal. My friend is sick which while we were eating she needs it a cup of water. THE BLONDE GIRL WITH TO PIERCINGS said NO CUP OF WATER SORRY NOT SORRY. While i was waiting politely. Which a cup of water at least a small one it’s is required to give to customers. Not only that, there was another customer who was waiting for her politely and she goes WHAT YOU WANT? Another thing one of the same customers got a hair on his chicken nuggets. Come on people I have work on McDonalds before, the one I used to work we did gave cup of waters and we never received people that had hair on their food. I understand it was busy on drive thru but that is not a way to treat customers. She was getting stress out from nowhere because none of the customers were being problematic or annoying and she was being rude to all of them

    This is the best McDonald's in Chicago. The food is always and I mean always hot and fresh. It's worth the drive

    Honestly, Dave’s Hot Chicken was way better than I expected. The chicken was actually juicy, not dry like a lot of places, and the seasoning had real flavor, not just heat. I got the tenders with fries and everything tasted fresh. The staff were chill and my food came out fast. If you like spicy food, this place is definitely worth it.
