    Very good ice cream but really poor customer service this evening. My sister was in town and we raved about this place. Usually my wife and I love it here and enjoy the ice cream. But no matter how good it tasted tonight, our cashier was extremely rude. She was very annoyed that we asked for samples before we chose a flavor (and had that same attitude with many others in line as well) and just had a very poor attitude. I was embarrassed we took out of town guests and I’m just pretty bummed about the service we received. Normally if a cashier or server is having a bad night I can brush it off but I have never had such mean service from a cashier— she was downright annoyed and apathetic at us from the start.

    Always a pleasure to come to this location. The service is friendly and pretty quick to get orders out. I typically got for a shake since they add their ice cream and then in addition still add their Oberweis milk as well. They have rotating monthly specials so make sure to look at the board and see what the flavor of the month is. Personal favorite of mine in the mint chocolate chip with an extra cookie on top!
