  We had a blast ! the waiter Freddy was amazing. He did not let us wait at all on anything. He made sure we always were taken care of. Amazing great customer service make sure to get a drink

  Absolutely incredible!!! My sister turned me onto this place because she always gets ir delivered. The inside is absolutely beautiful and peaceful and calm. It’s a good place for a date. We got strawberry and peach margaritas which were absolutely delicious and gave us the buzz we were looking for. We got the avocado rolls as an appetizer which were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!! So so so delicious the inside was soft and the outside was a crunchy egg roll so flavorful. I got enchiladas with red sauce chicken cheese and steak the steak were my favorite super juicy and again flavorful!!!! My sister got a tilapia plate with a combo of other things she devoured. Freddie was our server. Amazing service place and food!!! I can’t wait to go back! :)

  Our group was there for a holiday gathering and had made advance reservations many days prior. We were seated at high-top bar tables. I am a walker user and could not get onto high-top seating safely. The issue was communicated to management through our waitress, who was already very busy and working hard. The response was that no regular tables were available and no accessible alternative was offered. While we were there, standard-height tables were visible in the dining area. As a result, I had to remain seated in my walker. Because the table height was above my seated level, I did not have usable table space to eat over. A manager did not come over to address the issue directly. Regardless of how seating is scheduled, accessibility needs should be addressed when they arise -- and servers should not be put in the position of relaying refusals of accommodation. I'm sharing this not only for those who rely on accessible seating, but also because it reflects a broader lack of care and integrity in how customer needs were handled.

  Alejandra's is my absolute favorite spot. The environment is inviting and warm but spacious, we always have quick and friendly service, and the food is second to none. I'm a huge fan of the tacos, the avocado rolls are insanely good, chilaquiles are delicious, and the churros! I also love the VIP margarita - you can tell it is crafted with care. I could go on and on about how incredible the food is. We love coming here and bringing visiting friends and family - because we can trust that it is always a great experience. We are grateful to have Alejandra's so close to home. We love to stop in on Tuesday and Thursday for the specials - which they list on their Facebook page. Highly, highly recommend!
