Our family walked in to get a burger to go for our son and we encountered 4 employees who stood in the back of the store looking at us and didn’t acknowledge us for 5 minutes. It was borderline creepy. We were just about to leave when my wife got someone’s attention. She took the order and then the workers took 15 minutes to make a burger. There was no other customers. There were no fries. We had to prompt them to make the fries. There was no end in sight here, so we just took the burger and asked for fries that were just sitting on the counter. It felt like I was on punk’d and a camera crew was gonna come out the back.

When the cashier didn’t seem to know what I was referring to, I simply stated two single burgers with only cheese. Got home and saw I was charged $6.99 per burger, instead of $4.99. I called to ask about pricing and was told by the manager I needed to order the All American minus onions, pickles, catchup, and mustard to receive for $4.99. They don’t seem very reasonable … I would have appreciated credit towards a future purchase.

She greeted us with a warm smile, answered all of our questions, and explained the menu in a way that made choosing super easy. It really felt like she wanted to make sure we had the best experience. Her positive attitude and helpfulness stood out and made our visit memorable. Thank you V, for the amazing customer service. We will definitely be back!
