  This is the best DQ, they're very consistent in the measurements of their products, very clean, polite, and they always clear the melted soft serve spigot. Sounds like a small thing, but there's nothing worse than having your cone melt through the bottom. They have even thrown cones away that are obviously damaged. I live north of the DQ at the corner of Washington and Ogden. I now travel south to your franchise at Maple and Naperville because of all the above issues that have occurred at the other location. Keep up the good work, you obviously care about your patrons. Thank you!
