  I was there today with my family of four on 12/14/25 around 7:00 p.m. We chose to dine in. Each of us ordered a meal that came with fries, but the ketchup dispenser was empty. My wife went to the counter to let an employee know, and she was given three ketchup packets for a family of four. I then went back to the counter myself. It was a slow night, and several employees appeared to be standing around chatting. After their conversation paused long enough for someone to acknowledge me, the employee asked what I needed. I simply asked if I could please have more ketchup packets. She grabbed a gray box of ketchup packets from under the counter, dropped it on the counter, and said, “Grab as many as you want,” with a noticeable attitude. I’m not sure if ketchup packets are deducted from employees’ paychecks or if there’s some kind of audit or incentive tied to limiting ketchup distribution. If so, it’s being taken very seriously. If not, then the easier solution would be to make sure the ketchup dispenser is full—especially during a slow period when staff has time to do routine checks. I’m also unclear what math was used to determine that three ketchup packets was appropriate for a family of four eating fries. That math isn’t mathing. If the Mendez family doesn’t want employees handing out ketchup packets, then keeping the dispenser stocked would avoid this situation entirely. Otherwise, employees shouldn’t feel pressured to ration ketchup to paying customers.

  I’ve been going to McDonald’s more often lately because of the Monopoly game. They have a great variety of food, and I really like the Steak, Egg & Cheese Biscuit for breakfast. Their Smoothie selection is also better than most other places. I found Mango Pineapple Smoothie there. The only downside is that it’s pretty hard to make a left turn when leaving the parking lot.

  Friendly drive-thru and window employees. Got everything we ordered fresh and hot as well.

  Every time I pre-order through the app it's never ready. I thought that was the whole point. Each time I've ordered with more lead time and still have to wait in drive threw waiting spot.
