This is a location I have visited multiple times and considered a good McDonald's compared to others I've been to. Recently came here at 9pm for a quick meal, completely empty drive thru so I expected to be in and out like usual. Worker at the speaker sent us forward to the payment area and nobody came to the window for 15 minutes. Nobody was in line, what's the hold up? After someone finally came to the window, they sent us to the first pickup window, and again, nobody attended us. They kept accepting orders so by now there was a line of at least 5 cars behind us. After this, they offered two orders incorrectly before asking again what the order was. Then they sent us to wait another ten minutes at the second pickup window. Two separate orders were given out to customers behind us that ordered after us. Finally got the food after nearly thirty minutes of just waiting and to top it off they got the order wrong. Very disappointing.

Best menu of the chains. Oatmeal great option. The chain is going more to kiosks because they really hate employees.

They don’t listen I was charged for an extra sandwich that I said I didn’t want instead I asked for a meal I also was asked did I want to round up I said no and guess what??? Lol he still rounded me up 🤦🏻♀️ oh and I had a steak egg and cheese bagel and the steak felt like I was biting into a rubber tire

Lady with glasses is extremely rude,worst worst worst frustrating experience i have ever had, she was absolutely rude, she needs to be fired. Never ever had this much frustration. Do yourself a favour and dont go there.
