Was given the drink half filled with ice, told the lady at the counter that I ordered light ice. She was not happy about it. Took back my drink and gave me the drink back with NO ice. The lady did not even looked at me, as if, she knowingly did this to annoy me. I still thanked her and left not satisfied. I ended up going to another location and bought another one.
