Ya they could have a terrible day at this location, but the next time, it could be just the best. For me, they didnt have the hot coffee "holders", but [the manager] I presume provided an alternative to use the drink carrier to carry the coffee. Ill give her an A on that. Nice job. It should be 5 stars really. They always act professional. I drive a semi truck and im grateful they have parking for us, its not much if a parking lot, but ill take it, because I know the flip flippers wont bother.

She not only took our order, she immediately went to the fountain area and restocked medium lids and napkins that were completely out. She apologized and said she just arrived for her shift so hadn't had a chance to check it. Previous shift could take some tips from her :)

When I called back around noon to report the situation, she falsely identified herself as “Katrina,” even though she’s a white woman with blonde hair — which shows a complete lack of honesty and accountability. To make matters worse, I waited over an hour for my food, and when it finally came out, it was cold and poorly prepared. The service and management at this location are far below McDonald’s franchise standards and need serious improvement.
