The service is very bad, they place and table is not even clean and wipe off I can even see the residue from previous person who eat on that table.

Last time she ask about order, they demanded to see her receipt. They lose the order. Customer receipt to finally make their meal. And threw Customer receipt away. Customer demanded the receipt. Then Customer so furious about the situation that she asked to have her money. STORE refused her request. This situation is not acceptable in any way. I will not go back to Mattoon McDonald's ever again. Their rude, cooking area was trashed, no lids or straws for drink out for service.

Ya they could have a terrible day at this location, but the next time, it could be just the best. For me, they didnt have the hot coffee "holders", but [the manager] I presume provided an alternative to use the drink carrier to carry the coffee. Ill give her an A on that. Nice job. It should be 5 stars really. They always act professional. I drive a semi truck and im grateful they have parking for us, its not much if a parking lot, but ill take it, because I know the flip flippers wont bother.
