- SOSusan Ohlson2 days ago1.0Thursday January 8 2026 I ordered my food through my app and actually sat for 22 minutes at the drive- thru speaker waiting to just give them my order number. It was ridiculous. My food was paid for or I would have pulled off. And then the receipt I get has no ink on it so I cant even do the survey on it. And its been like that forever. I think they do that on purpose so people cant do the surveys. But its ok. I'm going to corporate with this one. Im not sure if that is going to do anything. Maybe we need to stop going to this Location and teach them You can't just treat us any which way. Next I will be calling the actual store. Then I'm taking it to Social Media. Thats when it gets ugly for businesses. Do right 159th McDonalds. Get some people in there that are going to do their jobs. Start paying people what they are worth. Because if you dont. This might be the first McDonalds to close down. Because if service is this bad. I cant imagine what the inside cleaning looks like. The Board of Health needs to be called next. That might be my next call.

I return my order an explain nothing was warm or fresh and my sandwich was missing stuff. So in return you add an overly excessive amount to the already now cold sandwich and hand it back.
