By the time I got through the drive thru line after they took forever to even take my order my fries were cold & hard. I didnt want to wait any longer after explaining this to the girl who tried to act like she didn't know what was going on & pretended like she had given me free fries anyway talking about I can just keep the medium fry. Like huh 😖😤 are you ok?! I paid for both my small & medium fry already, you're not doing me any favor. Anyway, I just drove off. Never again! They are slow & it's just useless arguing with them, they don't care 🙄
